Patient and Family Services

Staff is available to assist patients and family who are having difficulty with the emotional and social aspects of their illness. Counseling and group support is provided. Referral assistance is also available, when needed, to patients and family who may need further help in coping with their circumstances. Your emotional well-being is a high priority that is given immediate attention by our staff.

Patient Accounts Representative
A representative will assist you by billing your insurance company direct, or if you’re not insured, they can work with you to help make paying your bill as easy as possible. Your patient account representative can also help explain any portion of the bill you don’t understand. Call us at 685-3466, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
