Nursing Benefits

• Degree Recognition-RN’s who have obtained a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Nursing, will receive a salary 3% above clinical RN salary
• Educational Reimbursement after completion of one year of service, full time and part time employees are eligible for reimbursement of tuition, registration, lab fees and books of a yearly maximum toward selected degrees
• RN Certification Recognition Program after completion of one year of service, full time and part time employees with a certification in a nursing specialty (Med/Surg., Inpatient Obstetrics, Emergency, Critical Care, Operating Room, Pediatrics, Post Anesthesia) will be eligible to receive a stipend annually to be used towards maintaining or enhancing professional practice (i.e. continuing education costs, professional organization membership dues, journal subscriptions, recertification fees, etc.) 

The hospital also offers many programs to assist people to obtain either their LVN or RN license. They are:
