Evolutions Plaza

Evolutions is more than a fitness center, it is a retail plaza as well.

Besides the fitness center there are several businesses located in the building at 1425 East Prosperity Avenue. They are:

Max Muscle: A fitness supplement and health food store offering products and services to help you build up your body, lose weight and enjoy a healthier lifestyle. It offers sports nutrition supplements as well as cutting-edge fitness apparel to keep you comfortable and looking great. Call 688-MAXX(6299) for more information.

Care Medical: Rents, sells and repairs manual and powered wheelchairs, motorized electric scooters, hospital beds, patient lifts, bedside commodes, and oxygen (with prescription). Along with wheelchair rentals, it also provides IV poles, feeding pumps, air purifiers, humidifiers and medication refrigerators and much more. Call 685-9970 for more information.

Evolutions Day Care: A children’s Day Care center offering both long term and short term rates. Members are able to drop off their children. Cost is $3 per session (with a 2 session maximum). Call 685-3809 for more information.
